Powered by an 18V LXT slide type battery. Powerful 18V brushless motor, with soft start for smooth start-ups, variable speed controlled by dial to match the sanding speed to the application and constant speed control for a smooth finish. Equipped with a lock-on button for continuous use, telescopic pole for improved manoeuvrability and removable dust collection brush for use along the ceiling or edge of a wall. Compatible with hook and loop pad fastenings for quick changes, with a pad diameter of 210mm and abrasive disc diameter of 225mm. Features Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) to connect to a compatible Makita Vacuum Cleaner with Bluetooth. Not compatible with G-Series batteries.
